If your Woojer Vest Edge cannot be turned ON or OFF, or if it doesn't respond to the pressing of buttons, you will need to perform a hard reset. This operation disengages the battery letting you reset your Woojer Vest Edge.
Follow these steps to hard-reset your Woojer Vest Edge:
- Disconnect any cables connected to the Woojer Vest Edge.
- Find the small hole, located to the left of the audio-in port.
- Insert a tiny pin into the hole and press the inner button for one second. Release the pin.
- Turn on your Woojer Vest Edge.
