You can connect your Woojer Vest Edge to Xbox One, using either a wired connection or a wireless connection.
Note: Connecting your Woojer Vest Edge to your TV with the TV's internal Bluetooth can cause a significant delay and therefore isn't recommended.
Wired Connection, using the Xbox controller
- Connect the Woojer Vest Edge to the Xbox controller, using the provided 3.5mm cable. One end goes to the controller's output jack and the other end to Woojer Vest Edge audio-in jack.
- Connect your headphone to the Woojer Vest Edge's headphone jack.
Wireless connection using a low-latency Bluetooth transmitter
- Connect one end of a digital audio cable to the S/PDIF (optical audio) port on the console. If your console doesn't have an optical audio port, you can extract the HDMI signal using an HDMI extractor.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a low-latency Bluetooth transmitter.
- Pair your Woojer Vest Edge with the Bluetooth transmitter.
- You can connect a pair of wired headphones directly to your Woojer Vest Edge. Alternatively, if your Bluetooth transmitter is a dual-link one, you can pair both the Woojer Vest Edge and your Bluetooth headphones concurrently. You can also skip this step and use your TV speakers instead.
Wireless Connection, using an HDMI audio extractor and a low-latency Bluetooth transmitter
- Connect the console's HDMI cable going from the HDMI output of your console to the HDMI Extractor's HDMI In port.
- Connect the HDMI Extractor to your TV using a second HDMI cable from the HDMI Out port on the HDMI Extractor to the HDMI In on your TV. Make sure to use the same type of cable!
- Connect your Wireless Bluetooth Transmitter to the HDMI Extractor using an Optical cable from the HDMI Extractor's SPDIF slot to the Wireless Bluetooth Transmitter Optical In port.
- Make sure to set the HDMI Extractor to PASS mode via the switch next to the volume knob, if it has one. Additionally, make sure that the HDMI extractor's volume is set to MAX if it has volume controls.
- Pair your Woojer Vest Edge with the Bluetooth transmitter.
Wired Connection, using an optical audio cable (S/PDIF) and DAC
