Follow these steps to connect your Vest Edge to your receiver/amplifier. There are several options to connect the Vest to your receiver/amplifier. You can choose between a wired connection with an aux cable using the receiver/amplifier integral Bluetooth or using an external Bluetooth transmitter.
When using Bluetooth, remember that once completing the pairing process, the Vest will automatically remain connected when turned on.
Important: Always set your system volume to high/max, to ensure maximum effect. To control the headphones and sensation levels - use the Vest's control buttons.
Option 1: Using an aux cable connected to the receiver/amplifier
Press and hold the Vest's power button for 2 seconds until the Vest turns on.
Connect the provided 3.5mm aux cable - one end to the receiver/amplifier line-out jack and the other to the Vest’s audio input jack. The blue LED will appear constantly.
Connect your headphone to the Vest’s headphone jack.
Option 2: Using receiver/amplifier integral Bluetooth connection
Enter pairing mode by pressing the Vest's Power button for 5 seconds. The blue and red LEDs will blink alternately.
On your receiver/amplifier, enter pairing mode and locate Woojer Vest Edge.
Pair and connect the Vest with your receiver/amplifier. The blue LED will illuminate constantly.
Connect your headphone to the Vest's headphone jack.
Option 3: Using an external Bluetooth transmitter
For this type of connection, you will need an external Bluetooth transmitter.
Connect the transmitter to your receiver/amplifier by using either a 3.5mm cable or by using a digital audio cable (S/PDIF)
Pair your Vest with the Bluetooth transmitter: Enter pairing mode by pressing the Vest's Power button for 5 seconds. The blue and red LEDs will blink alternately. Refer to the transmitter manual for detailed pairing information.
Connecting your headphones: You can connect wired headphones directly to your Vest. Alternatively, if your Bluetooth transmitter is a dual-link one, you can pair both the Vest and your Bluetooth headphones, concurrently.
If your Bluetooth transmitter is a dual-link one, you can pair two Vest units at the same time. In this case, connect each one of them to wired headphones.
