If your Vest cannot be turned on or off, or if it doesn't respond to the pressing of buttons, you will need to perform a hard reset. This operation disengages the battery, letting you reset your Vest.
Follow these steps to hard-reset to your Vest:
- Disconnect any cables connected to the Vest.
- Find the small hole, located to the left of the audio-in port.
- Insert a tiny pin to the hole and press the inner button for one second. Release the pin.
- Turn on your Vest.
